In an effort to encourage citizen participation, Town Council is pleased to announce that council meetings will now be held in hybrid mode. As such, the regular Council meeting on Monday, December 13 at 8 p.m. will be held both in person in the Music Room at Town Hall and virtually via the Town’s YouTube channel.

Public health measures will be followed and a maximum of 18 people will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. No reservations are required.

Question period

Those who prefer to attend virtually may continue to submit questions to Council using the online form. The form will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

During the first and second question periods, priority will be given to questions from those present at Town Hall. Questions asked online will then be answered for the remainder of the time allocated to the question period.

We would like to remind you of the instructions when submitting your questions to Council:

  1. Citizens must identify themselves by providing their full name (first and last name) and address. If they fail to identify themselves properly, the question will not be submitted to the council.
  2. The question cannot use violent, offensive, or disrespectful language against the council or any person.
  3. A maximum of two questions per person will be accepted.
