Registration

Registration begins Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the John A. Simms Community Centre
6 - 8 p.m. residents of Montreal West ONLY
7 - 8 p.m. residents of Côte Saint-Luc and Hampstead
7:30 - 8:00 p.m. non-residents

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: March 9 - April 30, 2010

A 50% deposit is required upon registration. The balance must be submitted upon registration. Post-dated cheques must be dated no later than April 30th. Cheques should be payable to the Town of Montreal West.

Registration is ongoing during regular office hours as of March 10, 2010.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION SUBMITTED BY EMAIL, FAX OR DROP OFF WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED AFTER THE INITIAL REGISTRATION PERIOD INDICATED ABOVE.

Groups (5 years and over)

Mini Explorers (5 years) meet at Strathearn Park
Young Explorers (6 - 8 years) meet at Strathearn Park
Explorers (9 & 10 years) meet at the Arena
Super Explorers (11 & 12 years) meet at the Arena
Club 13/14 (13 & 14 years) meet at the Arena
CIT (14 years and over) meet at the Arena

Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

5 - 12 years old
Weeks 1 - 8: June 28 - August 20 (8 weeks)
Weeks 1 - 4: June 28 - July 23 (4 weeks)
Weeks 5 - 8: July 26 - August 20(4 weeks)

Future Leaders and CIT
June 28 - August 20. Please note that CITs must attend 5 out of 8 weeks of camp with the first and last weeks mandatory.

Extended Care

Extended care is available for both mornings and afternoons.

Mornings
Mon. - Fri. 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Cost: $35 per week or $165 for the summer

Afternoons
Mon. - Thu. 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. and Fri. 3:00 - 5:30 p.m
Cost: $40 per week or $195 for the summer

Morning and Afternoon
Cost: $60 per week or $310 for the summer

Weekly trips will entail additional costs ($20 - $30 per week, per child). No supervision is provided for campers not attending the trips.
We do our best to accommodate all requests however, they are NOT guaranteed. There is a maximum of one request per camper. Please include this request on your registration form.
