General Refund Policy
Refunds will only be accepted 2 weeks into the program and will only be considered upon receipt of a written request. All refunds will be subject to an administrative charge of $35.
Health and Wellness Program Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered upon receipt of a written request.
- Refunds requested prior to the start of the program will be subject to an administrative charge of $35.
- Once the program has started refunds will be as follows:
- For one session:
- 1st week of program: $35 plus 10%,
- 2nd week of program: 35$ plus 20%.
- No refund after the 2nd week.
- 1st week of program: $35 plus 10%,
- For 3 sessions:
- Any request made after 2 weeks of any session, that session will be considered completed for the purposes of the refund.
- A $35 administrative charge plus 10% will be deducted to the remaining session(s).
